Ten rules that I live by?
1. Never give up.
a. Never stop working at what you’re working on. One time our freshmen football team had a game against Livonia Churchill and we were losing to them by a couple touchdowns and there were 4 minutes left in the game and we came back and tied the game up, because we never gave up.
2. I believe you should always be moving forward.
a. Don’t stop and say you’re done keep on going. Sometimes when we run in any sport or going back and forth on the basketball court your running constantly and sometimes you just feel like you want to stop but you tell yourself to always be moving forward never stop until coach takes you out and soon you will earn what you deserve.
3. You should never let anybody push you around.
a. Never let anybody say things mean to you or push you around. If Someone’s picking on you don’t just let them pick on you and call you names, either walk away and ignore them or tell them to stop and stand your ground even if you get pushed or beat up you still didn’t let anybody push you around.
4. Solve your own problems.
a. Solve the problems you made first before asking for help. So if your playing a video game and it’s hard to pass it try to solve it first and keep trying and maybe you might pass it and if not ask for help.
5. Always make up what you missed.
a. Always makeup things that you didn’t do or did but didn’t do well enough. So if you have an assignment or a practice of any sort you should always see if you can make it up for extra or earn more time.
6. Always finish your food.
a. Never eat half of your plate and be done always finish what’s on your plate. I always always finish my plate when I’m hungry usually I eat 4 plates of whatever I’m having but it depends on what it is.
7. Make your best at what you’re working at/on.
a. Work your hardest at what you’re working on or for. If your working on a certain thing for education or sports always try your best at whatever it is otherwise it doesn’t matter, like working out if you don’t try you’ll never gain any muscle but if you do you will gain muscle catch phrase for me is go heavy or go home.
8. Never say I can’t.
a. Never say you can’t do anything or that thing when you really can. When I was in the weight room this year I tried a 45 on each side for bench press and I couldn’t do it and I thought I would never be able to do it but now I can do it no problem and a 45 on each side is not as easy as it sounds.
9. Be honest and friendly to others even if there being mean to you.
a. Always be nice and kind to others even if their picking on you. One day in first hour Maranda was constantly picking on me even though I wasn’t doing one thing and I still tried to be nice to her but she was still mean to me.
10. I believe you should always be positive.
a. Believe that your always doing positive things. One basketball game we were losing by a lot and everybody was saying we were going to lose and were being negative and I thought I was the only one positive and we actually came back to tie it up to go into overtime.
